The happiest day of the year is here! March 20th marks International Day of Happiness, and as your personal trainer & health coach, I'm here to remind you that happiness isn't just a feeling—it's a powerful wellness tool! 💪

….also just an excuse to add an extra smile to your face!

Did you know that happiness literally boosts your physical health? Science shows that joyful people have:
