6 Week Spring Challenge


For the past few years, I've been doing 1:1 online coaching, and honestly? It's been incredible watching people transform their lives.

But I kept thinking about how I could help MORE people without losing that personal connection that makes coaching actually work.

So I created a 6-Week Challenge that's all about making changes that actually stick. Not another "lose 10 pounds quick" thing. Real, sustainable habits you'll keep using long after these 6 weeks are done.

Here's what we'll work on together:

  • Building an exercise routine (with 20-minute workout videos where I'm right there with you)
  • Making nutrition changes that fit into your actual life
  • Wellness practices that support everything else
  • Live coaching and regular check-ins through my app
